“Many thanks to Emrah Bey and Çiğdem Hanım. Their approach was reassuring, and the more we talked the more I realised I had made the right choice. They supported me selflessly while I was buying my home. Being solution-oriented and practical, they helped me buy my home without any stress. If a property I viewed had a downside for me, they told me about it. Even though my budget was limited, they never showed me a bad home — that is what made me happiest. They worked out how I could get the best possible home with that budget, negotiated for it and fought for it. Special thanks to Çiğdem Hanım, who also made time after the purchase and came with me to the offices to help me complete the necessary paperwork with ease. From now on they are my safe harbour whenever I need help. I recommend them.”

“Emrah Bey managed our simultaneous sale of one property and purchase of another in an extremely well-coordinated way. He brought the seller’s high expectations and the buyer’s expectations to a sensible meeting point. When you get this kind of performance, don’t haggle over the commission and dampen their motivation ☺️”
